As the Parent Coordinator for P368K, I am happy to welcome the new families and to welcome back those who are returning to our School.

My role as parent coordinator among other things, is to continue creating a welcoming atmosphere for parents and families. I am here to: Serve as a liaison between staff, parents and the community, share information on School and/or Department of Education events, give you the opportunity to become more involved in our School community, and too listen to you when you need someone to speak with.

My ultimate goal is to build and maintain an effective partnership between the home and our School community. Throughout the course of the year, I will keep in contact with you by sending home with your child; calendars, flyers, and emails about programs available to you. Also, look out for a variety of free workshops offered to families during the School year.

We encourage all parents/ guardians to be actively involved in their child’s education. When Students see families attend an event/workshop, they become eager to learn more and focus on their Academics as well as build their confidence and self-esteem.

You should contact me if you have a question about upcoming meetings, if you would like to know more about School policies and procedures, if you are having trouble reaching a particular staff member, or if you have a question and you do not know to whom it should be addressed.
Any suggestions for workshops, events or activities are welcome.

If we work together, we can make your child’s School experience a successful and enjoyable one.
